Wang Zhongyang was a Taoist priest in Song Dynasty in China, a pioneer of Quanzhen Taoism and a native of Xianyang. After entering the Tao, it was renamed Lao (or Zhe), and the word was Chongyang Zi, calling itself "harmful wind". Wang Zhongyang advocated the equality of the three religions, pointing out that "Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are interlinked, and the three religions have never been an ancestor", and he was honored as one of the "five northern ancestors".
