2. Salt cleaning method. After the wok is heated, put a tablespoon of salt (both edible salt and coarse salt) into the wok, turn off the heat and stir fry constantly. When cooking, keep turning the wok to ensure that the salt can touch all parts of the inner wall of the wok. When the salt is browned, turn off the fire, pour out the salt and clean the wok with warm water.
3. Ginger cleaning method. After the wok is heated, put the ginger slices into the wok, turn the heat down, clamp the ginger slices with chopsticks, and evenly smear all parts of the inner wall of the wok for 3-5 minutes.
