How to meditate for health and matters needing attention
At the beginning of meditation, you can try simple meditation first. This is a comfortable sitting posture. Bend the right calf, put the right leg at the root of the left thigh, bend the left calf, and put the left leg under the right foot. You can put your hands on your knees with your thumbs facing each other, and don't open your eyes too wide or too close. Look at your nose, sit up straight, your shoulders are flush, and your head is not low, high or crooked. The nose and navel are in a straight line, the lips and teeth are closed, and the tip of the tongue is on the palate.
