Shanxi Sunshine Zhan Liquor Co., Ltd, formerly known as heshun county Sunshine Winery, is located in Yangguangzhan Village, Yangguang Zhan Township. Sunshine brewing has a long history, and brewing began in Sui and Tang Dynasties. According to historical records, the Ming and Qing Dynasties were the heyday of Rizhao Zhan Winery. Using sorghum, corn, peas and fragrant pears as the main raw materials, white wine, yellow wine and vinegar are brewed by indigenous methods, which has the advantages of good water and good koji. It has been exported to Yuci, Taiyuan, Baoding, Shunde (now Xingtai), Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia.
The first large-scale production of Zhan Winery began in the 1970s. In 198 1, products such as Red Sun, Sunshine Daqu, Sui and Tang Liquor and Shuanglong Liquor were officially produced, and they participated in the appraisal in Beijing and won the "Quality Product Award" from the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries.

Tested by Shanxi Food Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and China Agricultural Science and Technology Research Institute, all the indexes have reached the national standard of excellent wine.
