Massage shoulders, neck and back correctly.
Manipulation 1

Relieve neck tension and apply massage cream. Head slightly tilted to one side, palms together, starting from below the ear and sliding along the neck to the clavicle. The intensity doesn't need to be great, mainly to relax. Repeat this action three times, and do the same on the other side.

Operation 2

Massage the points behind the neck and lymph nodes. Gently separate your hands and gently press the acupoints along the back and neck of the spine.

Operation 3

Hollow fist massage. Hold your hands into a hollow fist and massage from top to bottom with the small contact surface of your knuckles. Massage gently and slowly, with a little force, and don't pull the skin.

Operation 4

Spread out your palm, cover the back neck as much as possible, and gently massage the back neck from top to bottom and from back to front. It's best to warm your hands. You can warm your hands before you do this.
