Can Siraitia grosvenorii be cooked with red dates?
Yes, Siraitia grosvenorii and jujube tea, which is made of Siraitia grosvenorii and jujube, is a kind of health tea.

Ingredients: 50 grams of Siraitia grosvenorii, 6 red dates, 25 grams of rock sugar and 200 grams of lotus root.

Exercise:

1. Wash lotus root, peel it, and cut it into 1cm thick discs.

2. Soak the dried red dates in warm water for 15 minutes until they are unfolded, and rinse them off.
