According to the physiological characteristics and nutritional needs of the elderly, this book introduces recipes suitable for the elderly, and introduces the raw materials, preparation methods, efficacy, main nutritional components and calorie content of each recipe respectively, so as to facilitate readers to choose different recipes for dietotherapy according to their own health conditions. The book also highlights the nutritional value of each food and provides an analysis table of the nutritional components of each food. The nutritional analysis and efficacy analysis of each prescription in this book are completed by teachers majoring in nutrition and traditional Chinese medicine. The nutrition calculator is developed by the Institute of Nutrition and Food Safety of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and is used to calculate the nutrient content.
