How can people walk in the world without worldly desires? Zhuangzi said that people who know the truth can be comfortable in the world, and those who don't know the truth go on the rampage, and ultimately hurt themselves. If we want to adjust the Five Classics, we must know the way of the world and the truth of being a man, so that we will not be hurt by human feelings.
It is important to cultivate inner purity and be cautious in advance. Saving can nourish the spirit and avoid some unnecessary troubles. As the saying goes, silence is golden. The more desires a person has, the narrower his mind becomes; The less desire he has, the wider his mind becomes. Less desire can nourish the heart, fire can produce soil, and can also nourish the spleen and stomach.
Spleen and stomach are the foundation of the day after tomorrow. The way to nourish the spleen and stomach is not to eat too much, to eat regularly, and not to eat foods that are too spicy, too sweet, too salty, too spicy and too bitter. Spleen governs blood, and spleen also has the important function of controlling whole body blood. Weak temper, unable to clean up, will lead to bloody stool, hematuria, metrorrhagia (female bleeding) and other phenomena. The method of health care is not overeating, but taking care of your spleen and stomach. Chinese yam, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Coicis Semen, Euryale Semen, white lentils, stewed meat or porridge are all acceptable.
The main manifestations of spleen yin deficiency are dry mouth, nausea, anorexia, dry stool, red tongue and rapid pulse. Ophiopogon japonicus, yam and japonica rice are all acceptable. If you feel indigestion, abdominal distension and lack of food, you can eat hawthorn, stir-fried malt and fried chicken's gizzard-membrane before or after meals.
Life is diplomacy, with gains and losses. Misfortune depends on happiness, and happiness depends on misfortune. Only by underestimating the gains and losses can we be pure and have no desire. The Buddha said that everything is illusory. Life is only a hundred years, and after a hundred years, it is all dust. Fame and fortune are just a mirage, which can be hoped for and not hurt. Keeping inner peace and nothingness is the great wisdom of life. Gain and loss are light, natural yin and yang are coordinated, and the body is healthy.
