1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3. Have good conduct and professional ethics;

4. Have the professional or skill conditions required for the post, and the professional required for the post shall be subject to the "Hunan Province 2022 Civil Servant Career Guidance Catalogue";

5. Physical conditions that meet the post requirements;

6. Other conditions required for the post (see attachment 1 for details).

Two, one of the following circumstances, shall not apply:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review;

3. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

4. In the open recruitment of institutions of all levels and types, due to violation of the "Regulations on the Handling of Disciplinary Actions in Open Recruitment of Institutions", people who are recorded in the integrity files of candidates in open recruitment of institutions and whose recording period is not full;

5. At present, full-time undergraduate students are not allowed to register with a college degree, and full-time graduate students are not allowed to register with a bachelor degree;

6. Other persons who are not allowed to be employed as staff members of public institutions as stipulated by laws and policies.
