From April 2065438 to April 2009, Xiamen Daily, together with Xiamen Bureau of Landscape Architecture and Xiamen Municipal Group, hosted the activity of "* * * Planting Green * * Building Dreams-Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of New China", and invited 70 outstanding citizens' representatives to gather in Huwei Mountain to participate in voluntary tree planting, plant Guangzhou cherry saplings and build an ecological flower valley.
After nearly two years of conservation, cherry blossoms are thriving, and this year is more prosperous than last year. In addition to the blooming cherry blossoms, the landscape of the cherry blossom valley in Huwei Mountain has also been upgraded, and seven-color flower fields intertwined with poppy and snapdragon have been planted. It is understood that at present, 90% of the cherry blossoms in Sakura Valley are in full bloom. Generally speaking, the flowering period can last about 10 days.
Sakura Valley in Dapingshan Country Park, Haicang:
Hundreds of small bridge cherry blossoms are in bud. This cherry blossom is white at first, and gradually turns pink in the process of blooming. A branch is full of seven or eight flowers, and clusters of pink and white echo each other, and everywhere is full of vitality. It is understood that in two weeks, the cherry blossoms all over the mountains will dye the whole Dapingshan Valley pink, making people feel like they are in a fairyland.
In the "Sakura Garden" of Xizhai West Second Road in Huli District, many cherry blossoms have quietly bloomed in the branches. Walking along the road, you come to the primary school campus of Wuyuan Second Experimental School. On both sides of the school road, cherry trees are planted everywhere. Looking from a distance, the pink girl is like a dream, strolling in the cherry garden, romantic and beautiful.
