Make an appointment with the owner downstairs to check whether the ceiling of his kitchen and bathroom is leaking after 24 hours.
Check the pipeline
The pipes referred to here are drainage pipes or sewage pipes, especially the sewage outlets of balconies. At the time of acceptance, take a water container and pour it into the drain to see if the water flows smoothly. Why do you accept this? Because in the process of construction, some workers often pour some cement slag into the drainage pipe when cleaning. If the cement is sticky, the elbow will be blocked, which will make drainage difficult. There is another situation, that is, to see if there is a water storage and odor-resistant elbow in the sewage pipe. According to experience, if there is no water storage and deodorization elbow in the sewage pipe, the overall quality of the house will be discounted. Why do sewage pipes need this elbow? Because the elbow will store water, the odor from the lower pipeline will be blocked under the aquifer and cannot be disassembled; Without elbows, the drains in laundry rooms and toilets will give off an unbearable smell. Maybe some developers think it's enough to use deodorant floor drain. Engineering practice has proved that the odor-resistant floor drain is far from meeting the actual needs. This small place often best reflects the construction quality of builders.
Horizon test
Checking the horizontal line is to measure the horizontal error between the indoor floor farthest from the door and the floor inside the door. Check horizon can also reflect the building quality of developers in many cases. Move the other end of the water pipe to the room farthest from the door. Then look at the height of the water pipe over there and make a sign. Measure with a ruler-how high this sign is from the ground. These two height differences are the elevation difference of the house. You can also measure the level difference of the whole house by analogy in this way. Generally speaking, if the difference is about 2cm, 3cm is an acceptable range; Beyond this range, you should pay attention.
Check the height
If your contract has this clause. Then you should measure the height of the building. The method is simple. Measure a ruler along the inner corners of two walls. You should measure many places indoors. Generally speaking, the height of about 2.65m is an acceptable range; If it is lower than 2.6m, it will have to be considered. This kind of house will make you have to live in a depressed environment in the future. For developers, this is a very effective way to save costs:

Check the doors and windows here, especially the acceptance window. The key to acceptance is the tightness of windows and balcony doors. The most troublesome thing about window seal acceptance is that it can only be tested in rainy days, but it can generally be confirmed by checking whether the sealing strip is complete and firm. Balcony doors generally have to guard the level difference inside and outside the door. I have seen a situation where the elevation of the balcony is actually the same as that of the interior, and it is difficult to avoid rainwater infiltration in rainy days.
