Ingredients: orange 1-2 tablets, kiwi 1-2 tablets, strawberry 1 piece, black tea (with or without crystal sugar).
Practice: soak black tea in spare orange slices, cut kiwifruit into 1-2 strawberries, and cut in half. Put the fresh fruit in the cup and pour the hot tea for about 3 minutes.
2. Citronella fruit tea
Ingredients: 1 tbsp lemongrass, 2 lychees, appropriate amount of honey, 200cc hot water, appropriate amount of ice cubes.
Practice: Peel and wash litchi and cut it into small pieces for later use. Put lemongrass into a tea maker, pour 200cc of hot water, let it stand for about 3 minutes, then pour it in and let it cool. Season with honey and add some ice when drinking.
