Preparation method and formula of fried tofu balls
The method and formula of frying tofu balls are as follows:

Ingredients: 500g of tofu, 50g of pork and 50g of carrots.

Accessories: 20g salt, chopped green onion 10g, 5g spiced powder, 30ml soy sauce and 20g starch.

1. Chop the meat and carrots, and cut the onion into chopped green onion. Add tofu and mashed potatoes, add salt, allspice powder, soy sauce and water starch and stir well.

2. Knead into a ball with a diameter of about 3 cm.

3. Heat the oil (subject to the bubbling of chopsticks) and fry it in the oil pan until golden brown.

4. Take it out and put it on the plate.
