Kaili College is located in Kaili City, Guizhou Province, the capital of Jinxiu Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, which is known as "the state of forest, the state of song and dance and the state of magic". It is a full-time public undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education, a pilot unit for the transformation and development of ordinary undergraduate colleges in Guizhou Province, and a construction unit for the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" master's degree awarding project in Guizhou Province, and implements a management system of "co-construction by provinces and states, with states as the mainstay".
