Lotus root, bean sprouts and kelp healthy soup
Raw materials:
Ingredients: lotus root 300g, dried kelp 1.
Ingredients: 200g vegetarian chicken, 50g bean sprouts, 5g medlar.
Seasoning: (1) 1 tbsp salad oil, 2/3 tbsp salt (2) 5 bowls of vegetarian soup.
Method:
(1) Wash the lotus root, cut off the head and tail, peel it, cut it into 0.5 cm wide pieces, cut the vegetarian chicken into 2 cm square, cut the dried kelp into 2 cm square with scissors and soak it in water, and wash the bean sprouts for later use.
(2) Add 5 bowls of vegetarian broth to the casserole and stew for 1 hour, then add all ingredients and seasonings (1) and stew for 1 hour.
