What styles of training clothes do you have?
There are five main styles of acrobatic costumes: tai chi suit, Changquan, Nanquan, Mulan and Buddha.

1, tai chi suit

Tai chi suit, as its name implies, is the clothes worn when practicing Tai Ji Chuan, also called Tai Chi training suit. Tai chi suit is often made according to the traditional folk costume style of China, with lotus leaf collar and double-breasted buttons. The color is mainly white or black, and the exquisite tai chi suit is embroidered with Tai Chi patterns.

2. Long boxing suit

Practice common northern martial arts costumes such as Changquan, Xingyiquan and Bagua Palm. When shooting or kicking, the northern boxing style is mainly to shoot long shots and play far away, so as to give play to the advantage of "one inch longer and one inch stronger". Changquan clothing is a half-sleeved top with a belt, which is handsome and generous as a whole.

3. Nanquan clothing

Nanquan is a popular costume for practicing Nanquan martial arts in the south. Nanquan is characterized by steady fist, rigid fist, strong momentum, less jumping, more short fist, good at waving, improving strength with sound and qi, and paying attention to hand skills. Boxing and palm are the main means of attack, so the southern boxing suit is a sleeveless coat, leather wrist and belt, which gives people a sense of manpower as a whole.

4. Mulan clothing

In recent years, the popular clothing for practicing Mulan Boxing combines Tai Ji Chuan, Qigong, gymnastics and dance. Compared with traditional martial arts, Mulan Boxing focuses on fitness and bodybuilding. So Mulan clothing combines the characteristics of tai chi suit and modern sportswear.

5. Monk's clothing

The monks and Taoists in the temple are all empty, all sentient beings, chanting scriptures and being vegetarian. Monk's clothing is the clothing worn by monks and Taoist priests in temples during their practice. Simple style, simple fabric, mainly cotton and linen series, and the colors are mostly gray, black, white and khaki. For ordinary people, even if they practice Shaolin and Wudang martial arts, it is not necessary to wear them, nor is it necessary for specific occasions.
