What environmental support does the development of forest industry need?
Legal analysis: Forest health care is based on forest ecological environment, with the purpose of promoting public health. Forest ecological resources, landscape resources, food and medicine resources and cultural resources are organically integrated with medicine and health care to carry out health care, rehabilitation and healthy old-age service activities. The development of forest health care industry should adhere to five basic principles: ecological optimization, adapting to local conditions, scientific development, innovation leading and market leading. By 2022, a regional forest health service system with basically perfect infrastructure and reasonable industrial layout will be built; By 2035, a forest health service system covering the whole country will be built; By 2050, the forest health care service system will be more perfect, the concept of forest health care will be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and the people will enjoy more adequate forest health care services.

Legal basis: Regulations on the Implementation of Forest Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Article 15 The state protects the legitimate rights and interests of forest, forest and woodland operators according to law. No unit or individual may encroach on the trees legally owned by the operators and the forest land used by them.

Operators of timber forests, economic forests and firewood forests shall enjoy the right to operate, the right to income and other legitimate rights and interests according to law.

Operators of shelter forests and special-purpose forests have the right to obtain compensation for forest ecological benefits.

Eighteenth forest management units to build engineering facilities that directly serve forestry production within the scope of forest land they operate, and need to occupy forest land, it shall be approved by the competent forestry department of the people's government at or above the county level; If other engineering facilities need to convert forest land into non-forestry construction land, the examination and approval procedures for construction land must be handled according to law.

The engineering facilities directly serving forestry production mentioned in the preceding paragraph refer to:

(1) facilities for cultivating and producing seeds and seedlings;

(2) Facilities for storing seeds, seedlings and timber;

(3) skidding lanes and hauling lanes;

(4) Forestry scientific research, experiment and demonstration bases;

(five) wildlife protection, forest protection, forest pest control, forest fire prevention and wood quarantine facilities;

(six) water supply, power supply, heating, gas supply and communication infrastructure.
