Work content and main activities of health literacy promotion

The work includes six aspects: establishing scientific health concept, improving basic medical literacy, improving chronic disease prevention literacy, improving infectious disease prevention literacy, improving maternal and child health literacy and improving Chinese medicine health care literacy.

The main activities include vigorously promoting health literacy, starting health promotion counties (districts), health promotion places and healthy family building activities, comprehensively promoting tobacco control compliance, and improving the health literacy monitoring system.
