Combined with the plan of "livable and healthy city" and taking the opportunity of building Zhengzhou metropolitan area, Tahiti, Tsinghua, opened the curtain of great changes in Zhengxi New City from the perspective of urban operation with the first compound industrial model. Based on the new city plate, the CCR urban cultural resort integrating six industries of commerce, residence, culture, office, entertainment and vacation was planned and built.
The construction area of the theme commercial part is nearly 2 million square meters. It is planned to be a large-scale urban complex with La Adventure Island in opala, a super water park in Central China, and Xiangdiwan Hot Springs in a special SPA as the leader, and Qiyu Commercial Park, a large conference center, a star-rated hotel, a giant screen film and television city, a leisure shopping center and high-end office buildings as the collection. Opala Adventure Island Water Park covers a total area of1.2000 square meters. 20 kinds of rare water recreation facilities in China and the most advanced technology of American-funded enterprises were introduced, and a large wave pool with an area of 20,000 square meters and a wave height of 3 meters was built. It is the first giant slipway for six people in China, a drifting river with a length of nearly 1 1,000m, and a huge bowl with a diameter of1.5m and a length of 220m. At present, the project has entered the final stage and will be grandly opened.
The livable residential building area in China is about 3 million square meters. Based on the development concept of creating leisure life, taking the exotic architectural styles of Mediterranean countries as the blueprint, adhering to the landscape design concept of taking water as the soul, we plan to build a noble livable residential area with multi-storey elevator rooms as the main part, supplemented by double gas and hot springs, and create the first high-quality living life mode in the Central Plains.
With the construction of a livable and healthy city and the development of Zhengzhou metropolitan area, Tsinghua Tahiti will not only become an ideal place to live, but also become the first choice for tourism, vacation, leisure and health, and business conference reception in the Central Plains.
