Historical Textual Research of Kang Yin Family
During the Southern Song Dynasty, Zhu's "Mirror Flower Edge" and "History of the Road" and other historical books all recorded about managing the garden and "teaching people to dance". Kang Yin's ruling land is roughly in the upper and surrounding areas of Jinbu Shouyuan. According to textual research, "Kang Yin's" should be a matriarchal clan tribe living in legend, about 5000 years ago after Fuxi and before Shennong Huangdi. The ancestors of the legendary "Kang Yin" tribe suffered from "bad joints" because they lived in a humid natural environment and worked hard. The Compendium of Tongjian records that "when Kang Yin's family is in trouble, the water does not flow, but the yin congeals and it is easy to be stuffy, and the interior is depressed, so it is stagnant and complicated. Therefore, Kang Yin's family benefited from its joints, which were used to control dance and treat Huayuan. "Teaching people to dance" can be regarded as the earliest source of China's activities of dancing, keeping fit and getting rid of diseases. "The reason is dull, but it's embarrassing ..." It's like Kaschin-Beck disease in mountain areas today. It can be inferred that the Tapo site was one of the main places for tribal activities in Kang Yin. In order to deal with this disease, the ancestors of the "Kang Yin" tribe invented a health preserving method of "moving bones and joints". The so-called "big dance" is actually a health care method similar to qigong guidance. Its basic function is to promote acupoints and dredge joints, so as to achieve the purpose of removing blood stasis, promoting digestion and maintaining health. Although the record of "Great Dance" in History of the Road belongs to the supplement of later generations, it is generally consistent with the characteristics of the original culture.

On the other hand, Kang Yin's activities took place in the Xia and Shang Dynasties, and now the Qijiujian area in Shaanxi is one of the ancient countries in Yongzhou-"Huayuan". According to the textual research of the national cities in Xia and Shang Dynasties, "Huayuan is one of the many national cities under the jurisdiction of Yongzhou in Xia and Shang Dynasties", and "Huayuan" is located between July and September in the north of Jingshan, west of Peng Ya, east of Guo Huang and east of Yunyang, which is obviously the main jurisdiction of Yaozhou today.
