The so-called physical health preservation is essentially trying to correct this deviation and make it improve in the direction of yin and yang balance.

Second, how was the Constitution formed?

Generally speaking, physical fitness is determined by congenital factors and influenced by acquired factors.

For example, if parents have qi deficiency, the chances of children's qi deficiency are very high; The father's constitution is yang heat and the mother's constitution is qi depression, so the child's constitution comes from either the father or the mother. This is the decisive role of congenital factors in constitution.

Changes in the acquired environment or eating habits will have a certain impact on physical fitness. Third, the method of judging physical fitness

In fact, the method of how to distinguish constitution has been mentioned in the content of syndrome differentiation of viscera above. Replace the name of "Qi Deficiency Syndrome" with "Qi Deficiency Constitution", and so on. The key points of syndrome differentiation given above become the key points of physique differentiation, and the reason is the same.

The difference is that physique is the normal state of the human body, and the "symptoms" shown are generally not as prominent as those in the disease state. It is similar to the nourishment of food because it is peaceful; Drugs are used to treat diseases, but they are biased and overcorrected.

Generally speaking, the most common types of physique are divided into two categories, which are the same as the above-mentioned parts of disease differentiation. The constitution of deficiency syndrome mainly includes qi deficiency, qi and blood deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency.

To put it simply, a person who usually has a low voice, dislikes words, is lazy in activities, feels tired and weak at times, has repeated colds, has a thick tongue coating, or sees teeth marks can all be judged as qi deficiency constitution.

Dry and painful eyes, blurred vision (including myopia and presbyopia), insomnia and dreaminess, less menstrual flow and pale face of women are mostly caused by blood deficiency; Blood deficiency and qi deficiency often coexist, that is, the combination of qi deficiency constitution, forming a constitution of both qi and blood deficiency.

Thin body, thin tongue, less red tongue coating, fever and night sweats at night. Most of them belong to yin deficiency constitution.

People who are always afraid of cold and like warm, cold limbs, shapeless stool, excessive urine color, pale tongue and excessive body fluid belong to yang deficiency constitution.

Compared with deficiency constitution, solid constitution gives people the feeling that they are stronger. For example, people with the same cold constitution and yang deficiency constitution are more prone to loose stool, long urine and other debilitating symptoms, while people with cold constitution are less likely to appear. The most common solid constitutions are: cold, heat, dampness, damp heat, qi stagnation and blood stasis.

Generally speaking: cold limbs are cold, and it is cold if it is not warm all the year round; Red face and red tongue, impatience and irritability belong to heat; Obesity, sticky stool, greasy and wet tongue coating; Chest tightness, rib swelling and sighing are qi stagnation; The lips are purple and dark, and the sublingual collaterals are purple and blue, which belongs to blood stasis constitution.

Fourth, how to improve physical fitness

The basic principle of improving physical fitness is to correct deviations and strive for a balance between yin and yang.
