Kongtong Mountain Wushu originated from Kongtong Mountain and is an integral part of Taoist culture. Together with Shaolin, Wudang, Emei and Kunlun, it is called the five traditional martial arts schools in China. The founder is Fei Hongzi, who studied art in Shaolin Temple in his early years, and then lived in seclusion in Kongtong Mountain to study Taoism and research art. Kongtong Wushu is characterized by "magic weapon" (weapon), which does not belong to eighteen kinds of weapons. Various forms, small and exquisite, easy to carry, not easy to be found by the other side, and often can win by surprise in the fight.

There are eight martial arts in Kongtong, which are divided into three levels: Longfei Gate, Soul Chasing Gate, Desperado Gate, Drunken Boxing Gate, Shenquan Gate, Flower Frame Gate, Indiana Jones Gate and Kong Xuanmen (Taiji Gate). There are fifteen or sixteen sets of things at every door. The mysterious empty net is the secret treasure of the Kongtong school, and there are many practices in palm teaching in past dynasties. Its contents include the eight forms of ancient Tai Chi (Kongtong Tai Chi), the magical power of no phase, and the magical power of Buddhism to cultivate internal strength. Yitong therapy, which integrates acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, Yijing and Qigong, is a treasure of Kongtong Mountain. Among them, the acupuncture uses Guiling method and Woods Liu Zhu's time, point and pulse, which are inferred from the hexagrams of the Book of Changes, supplemented by Qigong. The method of cultivating the mind, mainly based on Tibetan Buddhist mantras and handprints, has always been valued by the Kongtong school and is an essential magic weapon to achieve the realm of harmony between man and nature. This method takes seven sentences of King Kong, such as the secret mantra of coming to the heart and the master mantra of lotus and peanut as the main lesson, and each mantra takes 800,000 times as a ladder until the mind has no distractions and the body is the same as Daewoo. Reach the realm of Buddha with great wisdom, compassion, consciousness and strength; In life, we emphasize the five laws of Confucianism: benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom and faith. In the aspect of cultivation, the Tao expounded by Taoism is natural and empty, so as to achieve the realm of no self, no phase, no persistence, no emptiness, empty knowledge and even vacuum, so as to show its magical power and serve the people.
