The concept of leisure tourism first appeared in ancient Roman society. Leisure tourism generally refers to rehabilitation. It is the way of self-cultivation after a serious illness or the way of providing for the aged. Ancient Rome has got rid of clan and blood relationship, and replaced it with mixed public-private relationship based on blood relationship. Because the original organization of the Romans was clan-based, it was called "clan commune".
