Jing Liu, 1984 was born in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. He graduated from Communication University of China (formerly Beijing Broadcasting Institute) and is now the host of Beijing TV Station.

Hosted programs include Beijing TV's English Speech Contest for Middle School Students in Beijing and Daily Entertainment Broadcast. June 20 15 went to Nanjing County, Longhai City, Zhangzhou, Fujian Province to shoot the documentary "Disappearing Civilization" independently. In August of the same year, he assisted in filming the promotional film "Jinling Beat" of Nanjing TV Station for the 10th National Games, and participated in the translation of the English book "Samoan Adult" (margaret mead, USA).
