How to preserve oysters?
1. Clear water preservation

If the bought oysters are still alive, they can be raised, put in clean water, and then put in a dry and normal temperature environment, which can be kept for about a week without deterioration.

Step 2 freeze in the refrigerator

Wrap the oysters with plastic wrap and put some salt in the refrigerator to keep them fresh. Oysters are usually refrigerated at a constant temperature of 4 to 5 degrees Celsius. If it is high, bacteria will breed, causing oyster meat to rot. If it is low, it will freeze or freeze oysters.

3. Preserve in the crisper

If oysters are left for too long, they will easily deteriorate and their taste will be greatly reduced. You can put oysters in a white foam box and add some ice cubes, which can be kept for about three days without spoilage.

4. Put it in a container with seawater.

Oysters can be stored in containers filled with seawater for a long time. When buying, you can ask for sea salt water from the merchants who sell oysters, and pour them into clean containers to preserve oysters after returning home. If there is no seawater, salt water can be used instead, but the shelf life is shortened.

Dry and store.

Shell oysters, clean them, dry them in the sun under suitable environmental conditions, and then store them in the shade or refrigerator for refrigeration. Of course, this method is more complicated, but it can be preserved for a long time, can be tried at home, and can be taken out for soaking when necessary.
