How to use hot compress
The hot compress patch is an external moxibustion patch. When in use, the inner bag is torn and the hot compress is taken out.

Spread your wings and tear off the inner release paper. The inner side of the far infrared layer is aimed at Guanyuan point (three inches below the umbilicus), and the wings are attached to the skin. Or turn your wings upside down and glue them inside your underwear for later use.

Use 12 hours per post, and use the next post every 6- 12 hours. It can be used immediately after delivery, preferably for 7- 14 days.
