Luo Dalun health classic
Dr. Yin Yang of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine is regarded as the leader of the new generation of Chinese medicine. There is a saying in the industry that "Chinese medicine has two doctors, Liu Lihong in the south and Luo Dalun in the north". Luo Dalun is committed to popularizing Chinese medicine knowledge and health care experience through mass media such as TV and Internet.

This book is a summary of his own health care experience-health care is to adjust yin and yang. As long as yin and yang are in harmony, all diseases will disappear. In the book, Luo Dalun introduced many simple and practical methods of keeping in good health, from which people can learn health wisdom.

The most important thing in health care is the balance of yin and yang. A copy of Huangdi Neijing is actually about Yin and Yang.

First, the diet is expensive.

Sun Simiao, the drug king, said that dietotherapy is the first choice for treating diseases. If the dietotherapy effect is not good, then choose drugs. Use the yin and yang of food to regulate the yin and yang of the body.

What kind of diet is the best? Your diet is insipid. The average person often mentioned in Huangdi Neijing is a person with a balance of yin and yang.

Second, TCM focuses on self-healing.

Chinese medicine is to activate people's self-healing ability, because the human body has strong self-healing ability and strong ability to drive away diseases and evil. If our body no longer functions, there must be something blocking its operation.

Third, the best way to nourish the liver is not to get angry.

All diseases are born of qi, which kills people.

When people are angry, the liver will strike, the liver will strike, and the liver qi will lie there, resulting in stagnation. Traditional Chinese medicine calls this situation liver depression, also known as liver qi discomfort.

Nowadays, many office workers have liver depression, and almost all of them have the same problem, because of emotional imbalance and great pressure.

Xiaochaihu decoction is often used to reconcile liver and gallbladder, soothe liver and regulate qi.

Of course, the best way to nourish the liver is not to get angry.

If you have nothing to do, just look at the Diamond Sutra. You must let go of many things and restore inner peace. Think about it carefully, many things in this world are beyond people's control. A hundred years later, where is the money? Where are people?

So, don't be stubborn. Only by emptying your heart can you feel your true self.

Then, you will find that innocence is blue, sunshine is really warm, and your mood is so peaceful.

Fourth, compassion is the secret of longevity.

People have worldly desires-emotions, worries, sadness and fear. Any excessive emotion will affect the operation of qi in the body. If the movement of Qi is disordered, diseases will take advantage of it.

As soon as a person is born, the seven emotions can't be separated from you, and the pain will follow.

Only with compassion can people transcend the seven emotions, rise to another higher realm, and truly have a calm state of mind.

Huangdi Neijing said: Nothing is indifferent, and the true qi will follow.

Fifth, the highest state of health preservation is to cultivate the mind.

Prescribing traditional Chinese medicine can improve patients' mood, but if they don't pay attention to conditioning, they will relapse soon, so nourishing the heart is the foundation of health care, and the highest state of health care is nourishing the heart.

Only when you have a peaceful mind can you get real health.

Remember, health is the most important thing in our life. Only when we are healthy will our life be full of sunshine.

Emperor Qianlong used it all the year round, from Li Dongyuan, one of the four famous doctors in Jin and Yuan Dynasties. If you feel upset, thirsty, weak limbs and sweating when it is too hot in summer, you can buy a box of Shengmai drink (with Dangshen, suitable for health care), and the symptoms will soon be relieved.
