Boiling water method?
1 Brewing: put a proper amount of powdered flour (about 2 spoonfuls) in the cup, and pour 3 times of boiling water (100℃);
2 soaking: do not stir, soak for one or two minutes;
3 stirring: stir the powder and water evenly with a spoon, and add sugar or honey, condensed milk and salt.
Tip: Choose a bigger cup or bowl, which will make it easier to stir.
Microwave method?
1), put a proper amount of powder (about 2 spoonfuls) into a bowl and pour 3 times of cold water;
2) Gently stir until the powder and water are completely dissolved and there is no powder block;
3) Put it in the microwave oven for "sting" 1 min. Take it out and add sugar or honey, condensed milk and salt. All right! Tips: The length of microwave time depends on the amount of water. If there is more water, the time should be extended.
