1. Abdominal partial attraction
Lie flat on the bed, close your mouth and inhale slowly through your nose. At this point, the abdominal muscles are relaxed as much as possible, and the lower abdomen slowly expands. Then exhale through the mouth, the abdominal muscles contract as much as possible, and the lower abdomen contracts backwards. Don't slow down your breathing rate, don't hold your breath, just take a deep breath naturally. Each time lasts about 5 minutes.
There are nine meridians in human abdomen, namely, stomach meridian, spleen meridian, kidney meridian, liver meridian, gallbladder meridian and ren meridian. Abdominal breathing is to stimulate these nine meridians. Insist on abdominal breathing for about 2 months, and many chronic diseases, such as spleen deficiency, heartburn, hiccup, kidney-yin-yang deficiency, liver-fire hyperactivity, etc., will be obviously relieved.
Twist your feet
After abdominal breathing, put your feet together, press your toes down slowly, then lift it slowly, try to lift it, then relax and do it for 30-50 times. At this time, you will feel sore and swollen muscles in your ankles and calves. Then, separate your feet a little and do it 30-50 times at the same time with your wrists outward and inward. Then do it 30-50 times inside and outside. After doing this, you will feel your ankles and legs are particularly comfortable, and your legs and feet are particularly warm. There are three yang meridians and three yin meridians on the feet and legs, namely liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, kidney and bladder. This can accelerate the circulation of qi and blood in these six meridians, because the qi and blood in the feet and legs are unobstructed and the turbid qi is decreased, which has a good effect on treating diseases such as hypertension. People with high blood pressure have a good sleep and stable blood pressure after doing enough exercise at night.
Get up after doing enough exercise in the morning, your blood pressure is stable and your mind is clear. After persisting for half a month, it is best to increase the number of foot movements.
This method has obvious antihypertensive effect and is not suitable for people with low blood pressure and weak constitution.
3. Hand twisting practice
After abdominal breathing and foot movement, straighten your arms forward, backward, left and right, slowly open your hands as wide as possible, and then slowly clench your fists to relax. Repeat 10~20 times like this, and you will also feel sore hands and arms. Then, both wrists should do outward, inward and downward 30-50 times at the same time. When rotating, the speed should be slow and hard, and then both wrists should be done inward, downward and outward for 30-50 times. After finishing, hands and arms will feel very hot and have obvious pain. There are also six meridians in hands and arms, namely, heart, pericardium, lung, large intestine, small intestine and triple energizer meridian. Wrist movement can promote the operation of these six meridians and improve the function of corresponding organs for about 3 months. Such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, constipation, gastrointestinal discomfort and other symptoms quickly improved, the effect is very obvious. Especially for people with insomnia, they can fall asleep quickly by doing it once before going to bed at night.
