? In recent years, the phenomenon that highly educated people tend to be in the system is very obvious, so why more and more highly educated people flock to the system is a commonplace topic. Let me tell you what I think.
First, the job is stable and the treatment is good.
Slow and steady. As long as there is no major problem in the system, it will not be easily kicked, but private enterprises are different. They are under great pressure and fierce competition. When they are old, their state is very unstable and they may be kicked at any time. Many people around us are facing the possibility of industry at the age of 35. Very realistic and more cruel. But the danger within the system is very small.
Income is stable. The salary income of every civil servant in the system is included in the financial budget (including the full allocation and surplus allocation of public institutions), which means that as long as the establishment exists, this salary income will always exist. Changing units is just paying wages in another place, which is not affected at all.
Second, a strong sense of happiness.
A classmate who took the public exam together said that his only purpose in taking the public exam was to go home. Working in a foreign company, although the salary is really high, can't integrate into the local society anyway. The dialect is incomprehensible. I'm not used to the food and climate here. More importantly, my colleagues in the company are just colleagues, and I can't get rid of the loneliness without friends. However, after Kao Gong returned to China, it was different. When he comes home from work at night, he can eat hot meals cooked by his family. In his spare time, he can go out with his family and his relatives and friends are around. There is no discomfort in life. He said, "I would rather choose this kind of happiness at home than the income from working hard outside."
Third, work is relatively easy.
People in the system always have a sense of pride, at least among my classmates. She has enough lunch break at noon every day, so she doesn't have to worry about being called by the leader to work overtime on weekends, and she doesn't have to travel frequently in the middle of the night to catch a plane and take a train. She said that every day after work, she only reads books on health and yoga, so she has plenty of time to do health, instead of falling asleep on the bus. She will deduct her salary if she looks at other people's faces at work for 24 hours. The pressure is so great that I even feel that I have no life. Staying up late and working overtime is a common practice, and my sense of happiness is too low.
Fourth, high social status.
Working in an enterprise, migrant workers create value for their bosses, and there is a relationship between employment and being employed. If you do well, you can get a raise. If you don't do well, you can leave here. It's inhuman in front of business. However, the system is different. Employment has nothing to do with being employed. They all do things for their own burdens, and human feelings are the most striking feature. I remember when classmates get together, as long as they are civil servants or people working in institutions, they all hold their heads high and speak with confidence. Ask where to work, you can say it out loud, such as real estate bureau, land and resources bureau, and municipal government. Double-sided
Some people say that there is no vitality and rigidity in the system, and it is best for young people with ideas not to mix in the system, because this is a self-indulgence and mediocrity. However, in today's society, unemployment is everywhere, and half of the graduates can't find jobs. The advantages of the system are the relatively highest social status, stable meal tickets, medical insurance and relatively good wages and benefits. This is definitely a good shelter.
Of course, the system is not all good, but there are also times of pain and helplessness, such as low professional ceiling, low wages and so on. Nothing is absolute, and enjoying the benefits must be accompanied by paying. Since we have entered the system, we must make good use of the rights entrusted by the people, shoulder the great trust entrusted by the people, and do everything in our hands dutifully in order to be worthy of this job!
