Method 2 of stewed beef brisket with tomato 1. Ingredients: 2 kg of beef brisket, 4 tomatoes, 3 celery, fragrant leaves, turmeric, sugar, soup stock powder, rice wine, pepper, soy sauce, peanut oil and salt.
2. Cut all the tomatoes into cross pieces, blanch them in boiling water, peel them, wash the pot, heat them in oil, pour in the tomatoes, fry them, and take them out for later use.
3. Wash the brisket, blanch it in cold water, put it in a pot to remove impurities, remove it, wash it and cut it into small pieces. Wash the pan, pour in proper amount of peanut oil, stir-fry ginger slices and fragrant leaves, then pour in beef brisket, stir-fry and stew until cooked, add in proper amount of rice wine and soy sauce, stir-fry tomatoes until they melt, take them out, pour them into a health pot for about five people, add boiling water, broth powder, sugar and salt, press the button of the health pot to 8, and cook until the temperature is automatically kept. When it is almost cooked, add celery and pepper. If there is no health pot, use a rice cooker.
