2. Indirect moxibustion
Indirect moxibustion, also known as interval moxibustion and interval moxibustion, is a method of separating moxa cone from skin by using other objects. Indirect moxibustion can avoid skin damage caused by moxibustion, with mild firepower and easy to be accepted by patients. It is more commonly used than direct moxibustion in clinic. There are many kinds of indirect moxibustion methods, which are widely used in internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, ENT and other diseases. Indirect moxibustion methods include: ginger moxibustion, garlic moxibustion, salt moxibustion and aconite moxibustion.

3, moxa stick moxibustion

(3) Bird-pecking moxibustion: The burning end of the moxa stick is aimed at the acupoint and moves up and down. Bird pecking rice moxibustion usually lasts about 5 minutes. It is mostly used for moxibustion to treat acute diseases, syncope first aid, childhood diseases and so on. This method has strong heat, so be careful not to burn your skin.
