Cheng Kai's theory of health preservation: acupoint treatment of oral ulcer
Oral ulcer, I believe many friends have had this disease, or had this symptom, because we often have oral ulcer in some cases of getting angry.

Some people will say that this is a very small symptom and a very simple question. Please give me an acupoint and tell me where to rub, press or do it.

In fact, in our acupoint health care, in order to achieve better results, we need to meet the following conditions.

The first is to be accurate in syndrome differentiation, that is, to find the cause of this symptom, even if it is a small symptom. If this symptom is small and dispensable, you will definitely ignore it. If this symptom has troubled you and you feel uncomfortable, then you will definitely want to solve it, even if it is only a small part of the problem, not to mention that oral ulcer also represents a specific change in visceral function, so we must first find the cause.

Secondly, because of our accurate syndrome differentiation, we can find the breakthrough point, find the key acupoint to change this symptom, and intervene in this problem, which can also be understood as a keyhole. When you find this key point, stimulating it will have an effective basis. It is not enough to have these two points, but also to find the most critical stimulation method.

As we have said, no stimulus method is omnipotent. Don't expect moxibustion to solve all the problems, massage can solve all the problems, and a single method can solve all the problems, because the stimulation efficiency of any stimulation method is limited, and its stimulation site, stimulation level and stimulation depth are different, with different degrees and properties, and the effects achieved are different.

In fact, our health care, like clinical treatment, needs accurate syndrome differentiation, correct acupoint selection and accurate acupuncture. This is the process we are constantly pursuing in clinical treatment. Of course, it is precisely the meridian differentiation, acupoint theory and three-talent needling method pursued by Cheng's acupuncture, represented by academicians, that enable us to correctly select and use acupoints and finally acupuncture acupoints accurately. We also apply this academic thought to our medical care.

So after watching our video for a while, you will find that what Mr. Cheng said may be different from other teachers. In addition to teaching you methods quickly, we also hope that you can learn something behind it, something theoretical, and hope that you can have a more correct understanding of our acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine, even if you do health care, you should be professional.

Back to the topic of oral ulcers, long ulcers in different parts of the mouth represent different problems. Some people say it's just an ulcer in the mouth, but in the eyes of our doctors with meridian thinking, if that part often has ulcers, it often represents a kind of information and a hint.

We roughly divide the oral cavity. One is around the lip, that is, it has not yet entered the mouth, but around the lip, where the Yangming Meridian of the hands and feet passes. The Yangming meridian point of the hand enters the lower teeth from here, but it also comes out from the buccal mouth. The left, right, left cheek and nose mouth are basically connected with the position of our upper lip, while the stomach meridian of foot Yangming enters the upper teeth and exits the cheek mouth, and meets. Walking along the side of mandible, these two meridians, the homonym of hand, foot and Yangming meridian, are connected with the large intestine and the stomach. These two meridians surround the upper and lower parts of our lips.

If there is heat in the gastrointestinal tract, it is easy to react to the ulcers on the periphery of our mouth. We often refer to the ulcer around the mouth as "lip diagnosis". In fact, there is a disease related to modern medicine called oral infection caused by herpes virus, which belongs to the category of hand, foot and mouth Yangming meridian management. In view of this problem, we will think that there is heat in the gastrointestinal tract. Of course, we will choose the acupoints of the relevant meridians to dissipate heat, and choose the well points of the Yangming meridian points of the hands and feet to puncture blood. The well point of the large intestine meridian of hand Yangming is Shangyang point near the nail root corner of the index finger, and blood pricks Shangyang point. The well point of the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming is located at the toe root angle of our big toe, that is, the second toe next to the big toe near the little toe. This point is called right. These two points belong to two different meridians, both of which are well points. Pricking blood is helpful for clearing away heat and purging fire caused by gastrointestinal fever.

The method of pricking blood has been introduced to you before, that is, after disinfection with a disposable pricker of a blood glucose meter, 2 or 3 drops of blood are pricked locally, which can be done twice a week. If the oral ulcer has just developed, it is most effective to do it immediately after it develops.

If the ulcer occurs in the oral cavity and is divided into different parts, we will blame the liver for the oral ulcer on the inner side of the oral cavity and cheek, because the liver regulates emotions and relieves excretion, but this part we stimulate belongs to the hand shaoyang meridian, and the liver meridian belongs to Jueyin meridian. However, to solve the problem of Jueyin Meridian, we have to find Shaoyang Meridian, which is a theoretical basis of our meridian theory, so I won't explain it in detail here. Because the oral ulcer appears in the upper part of the human body, the well points of Shaoyang Meridian and Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian of our players are called Guanchong, and Guanchong is also the puncture bleeding near the nail root corner of our ring finger.

If this oral ulcer grows on our tongue, we know that the tongue is a seedling of the heart, and it is easy to grow on the tongue when the heart is strong, so what should we stab? That is, the well point of the pericardium meridian of hand Jueyin is called Zhongchong, which is the part where the fingertip of the middle finger is about 0. 1 inch away from the nail, and the fingertip is stuck here to bleed.

The upper part of the tongue is actually a little more complicated, because different parts of the tongue actually represent different visceral functions. Oral ulcers grow on the tip of the tongue, the side of the tongue and the root of the tongue, which actually represent different visceral problems. This requires further accurate judgment based on the tongue picture. We usually attribute the tongue to the heart.

There is still a part that may not need special attention, because oral ulcers are a manifestation of fiery heat, and what we often pay attention to is that kind of real fire, that is, irritability and anxiety, and then excessive greasy and hot food. And those recurrent oral ulcers, oral ulcers of some elderly people or oral ulcers with a history of chronic diseases are often mixed with excess and deficiency, or even mainly deficiency, that is, deficiency and heat. At this time, oral ulcers are easy to appear in the upper jaw, which is the so-called upper jaw. This position is pushed up with the tongue, the upper wall and the top wall of the mouth. If there is an oral ulcer in this range, or there is an oral ulcer in other parts, but this part is obviously dry, it shows that this oral ulcer is not only a real fire, but also a mixture of excess and deficiency. If it is only in that part, it is mainly deficiency heat. At this time, we need to add a point, namely Zhao Hai point, which has the functions of clearing away heat, nourishing yin and clearing away heat, and the corresponding anatomical parts of the human body are throat and mouth, with deficiency, heat and thirst as the main symptoms.

Therefore, we need to know that oral ulcers can be divided into different meridians according to their positions, and they can also belong to virtual reality or virtual reality. So now think about where your oral ulcers grow? Can you choose the corresponding acupoints to take care of yourself? Also think about why your oral ulcer has not healed for a long time, and whether your internal organs function has really changed. Think and judge according to your internal function and see if it can make us healthier.
