1 Hericium erinaceus is soaked in warm water for six hours, grabbed by hand and washed.
Blanch the chicken in a boiling pot, add two pieces of ginger and then remove some wine. Blanch, take out, and rinse.
3 Cut the chicken into pieces and slice the ham. Put chicken, ham, Hericium erinaceus and ginger into an electric purple sand pot, add enough cold water at a time and stew for four hours. After the last half hour, add Lycium barbarum, season with salt and drink.

Hericium erinaceus should be fully soaked in warm water, and Hericium erinaceus should not be put too much, otherwise the soup will be bitter.
