1. Millet is soaked in water for one night in advance, and put it in the refrigerator if the indoor temperature is high. Make good rock sugar powder in protein (fine sugar can also be substituted).
2. Separate the egg white from the yolk.
3. Put the washed millet and egg yolk into a cooking machine to break, and then put 25g rock sugar into the cooking machine to make it fine.
4. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the protein, and add rock sugar powder twice to beat the protein.
5. Just send the egg white until it has a small hook, not a hard little sharp corner.
6. Pour the millet yolk paste into the beaten egg white and stir up and down evenly.
7. Cover the bowl cover (you can put 2 grains of rice on the bowl cover, and the rice will definitely be cooked after the cake is opened. If there is no bowl cover, you can insert the toothpick into the cake without touching it. After the water in the rice cooker is boiled, put it in the rice cooker and steam for 30 minutes, and you will smell the delicious cake.
8. After steaming, turn off the fire and simmer for five minutes. You need to take it out immediately and turn it upside down. Let it dry for a while and demould it. Delicious, no fire, no oil, no baking powder, delicious and healthy millet cakes are out of the pot!
