Coix seed pigeon soup
Ingredients: half a pigeon, coix seed, lotus seeds and red dates.
Exercise:

Ingredients: yam, chestnut, astragalus, jujube, pig bone.
Exercise:

Pork liver spinach soup
1. Wash and dry pork liver, and cut it into thin slices with a knife.
