Introduction and practice of health pot formula
1. mung bean porridge: prepare 100g mung bean and appropriate amount of crystal sugar, wash mung bean and soak it in water for 1 hour, then add mung bean and crystal sugar into the health pot at the same time, add water to the maximum scale in the pot, and select the health soup function (according to your health pot function). After setting the function, the pot will automatically set the time corresponding to the function, and the porridge will be cooked when the time comes.

2. Red bean glutinous rice porridge: prepare red bean 100g, glutinous rice 100g, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. Red beans are difficult to cook, so it is recommended to wash and soak them 24 hours in advance. Coix seed is slightly better than red beans and can be washed and soaked 3 hours in advance. Put the soaked red beans and barley into the health pot at the same time, add water to the maximum limit scale, select the health soup function, and start cooking porridge.

3. Tremella lotus seed porridge: prepare half a tremella (there are too many tremella to fit in the pot), a few lotus seeds, a few lilies, a few red dates, and a few medlars, and a proper amount of rock sugar. First soak the tremella in cold water, then shred it and put it in the pot. Put the washed lotus seeds, lilies, red dates, medlar and crystal sugar into the pot, add water to the maximum limit scale, set the function and start cooking.

4. Lycium barbarum chrysanthemum tea: prepare about 10 tablets of Lycium barbarum and 10 tablets of chrysanthemum, rinse them with clear water, put them in a health pot, add water to the maximum limit, set the function of herbal tea, and drink after the water is boiled. Whether or not to add rock sugar to medlar chrysanthemum tea can be chosen according to your own preferences. So are other teas.
