I suggest the following:
1. Foods should be varied, and foods with similar proportions should be consumed every week. For example, the staple food consumed every day is coarse and fine, with half a catty of fruits and vegetables, more colors, and dark vegetables are better; 2-4 meat, eat more high-quality meat such as fish, chicken and duck. One glass of milk a day, two doses of soybeans and one egg a day. Limit the intake of oil and salt and have a light diet.
2. Life should be regular, the intake ratio of three meals should be 343, and fruit can be added between meals.
3. 3 bottles of water every day.
Note: Eat less greasy food, less fried food, less pickled and refined food, and less snacks, sweets and desserts;
Drink less coffee, carbonated drinks and alcohol.
