Ingredients: 50 grams of peanuts and half a bottle of rice vinegar. Both cooked and raw peanuts are acceptable.

2. Put it in a sealable jar and pour in rice vinegar or aged vinegar.
3. Don't vinegar peanuts, cover and seal them, and keep them in the shade for 7- 10 days.
You can eat it in a week or so.
Wash raw peanuts, pour in old vinegar and put them in a sealed jar. Don't vinegar peanuts, sealed for a week, open the lid to use, 10-20 capsules a day.
You can add some honey, sweet and sour;
How to eat:
Don't eat too much a day, just one spoonful of 5- 10 capsules, and it will be effective if you insist on eating.
Eating raw is healthier than cooking or frying.
