The purpose of this kind is to nourish the acquired spleen and stomach, make the middle qi flourish, and then nourish the whole body, which can delay aging.

(1) Ginseng essence (empirical formula).

Ingredients: Ginseng. Functions: invigorating spleen and lung, promoting fluid production and calming the nerves, mainly treating fatigue, anorexia, lassitude, nausea and vomiting, spontaneous sweating, and deficiency of qi, blood and body fluid. Usage: It can be decocted or made into oral liquid.

(5) Da Fuling Pill (Records of Shengji Zonglu).

Ingredients: Poria, Poria, Jujube, Cinnamomum cassia, Ginseng, Atractylodis Macrocephala, Asarum, Polygalae, Acorus gramineus, Zingiberis Rhizoma and Glycyrrhiza uralensis.
