(1) Gongju-good eyesight improvement effect.

Gongju is mainly produced in Shexian County, Anhui Province, China Province, and it was named as a tribute to the emperor in ancient times. Flowers are white, the flower heart is green, and they are rich in vitamin A, which can relieve eye fatigue and maintain eye health.

Gongju's coldness is reduced, and the effects of clearing liver and improving eyesight are more prominent, which has a good effect on dry eye caused by excessive liver fire and excessive eye use. Gongju's tea and some Lycium barbarum are good ways for computer families to protect their eyes.

(2) Chrysanthemum morifolium-the effect of clearing throat is good.

Chrysanthemum morifolium is mainly produced in Tongxiang, China, and divided into Huang Ju and Chrysanthemum morifolium. Generally speaking, Huang Ju is used as medicine and chrysanthemum is used for making tea. The unopened bud of chrysanthemum is called chrysanthemum, which is the top grade. Chrysanthemum morifolium is golden in color, pure and rich in taste, and has the fragrance of nectar. How long it takes to soak, the petals will not spread. The effect is similar to that of Chrysanthemum morifolium, but it is cooler than Chrysanthemum morifolium.

Hangju has the strongest effect of clearing away heat and relieving sore throat. When the throat is sore, drinking Hangzhou chrysanthemum has the best effect.

(3) Chu Ju-good fire extinguishing effect.

Chrysanthemum morifolium is the closest kind of chrysanthemum petals, with crystal white petals and golden stamens. Chuju has the strongest effect of dispelling wind and heat. If you have cold symptoms, such as dry throat and dizziness, drink some chrysanthemums to relieve it. According to Compendium of Materia Medica, Chu Ju can be drunk by people with red eyes, swelling and pain, headache, dizziness and vision loss.

(4) Chrysanthemum-wind-heat cold is best taken.

Boju is produced along the vortex river in the southeast of Bozhou. It is good at dispersing wind and heat, relieving summer heat and improving eyesight. If you accidentally catch a wind-heat cold, you might as well replace tea with chrysanthemum and rock sugar, mostly in spring and summer.

⑤ Huaiju

Huaiju is one of the "Four Great Huai Medicines" in TCM, mainly produced in Qinyang, Wuzhi and wen county. Similar to Chuju, it is also good at calming the liver and improving eyesight.

⑥ Chrysanthemum indicum-good anti-inflammatory effect.

Chrysanthemum and wild chrysanthemum are not the same plant, but closely related plants. Chrysanthemum is cultivated. Chrysanthemum is wild in Shan Ye, roadside and other wild areas. Its flowers are very small and yellow and taste bitter, but it has the strongest effects of detoxification, clearing away heat and reducing swelling. It is effective in treating sores, toothache and halitosis, as well as sores, sores, red eyes and eczema. Because wild chrysanthemum is extremely cold, it is generally not recommended to drink it, which will damage the yang of the spleen and stomach and cause adverse reactions such as stomach discomfort and bowel sounds. Therefore, chrysanthemum and chrysanthemum indicum can not be confused in clinical application, and can not replace each other.

Matters needing attention

Although chrysanthemum is good, because of its cool nature, it is not suitable for people with physical weakness, spleen deficiency and stomach cold, and it is not suitable for people who are prone to diarrhea.
