1. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into thin slices;

2. Soak millet 1 hour;

You can put it in a stew pot in advance, put it in a steamer, and heat it when you want to eat.
4, the most important detail is coming, boiled Liaoshen;
It must be a clean and oil-free pot! A drop of oil will make Liaoshen rot and shrink!
Put purified water, two slices of ginger and a little salt into a clean oil-free pan. After the water boils, add Liaoshen, roll it twice and take it out immediately.
5. Finally, put Liaoshen into millet and pumpkin porridge, which is delicious.
