2. The story of Wuqinxi: According to legend, when Hua Tuo was young, he went to Yishan to collect medicine. When he climbed halfway up the mountain, he found a cave. He is curious and wants to go in and explore. Just then, a voice came from the hole. It is two people talking about medical ethics. Hua tuo stood outside the cave and listened, fascinated by it. Suddenly, two people in the cave began to talk about Hua Tuo's coming, which frightened Hua Tuo. Just as Hua tuo was about to leave, he suddenly heard someone in the cave calling, "Since Mr. Hua is here, why don't we have a chat?" Hua tuo had to bite the bullet and walk in. It turned out to be two immortals with white hair and beard. They taught Hua Tuo a set of fitness skills: imitating the posture of animals to exercise. This is the famous "Wuqinxi".
3. The initial movements of "Wuqinxi" mainly imitate the flapping of tiger's forelimbs, the prone and standing of bears, the stretching of deer's head and neck, the vertical jumping of apes' toes and the spreading of birds' wings. By imitating the movements of these five animals, we can not only exercise the bones and muscles of the limbs, but also make the internal organs move in all directions.
