Method: (1) After the chicken is depilated, dirty and washed, take 150g chicken with bones on its legs or chest, cut it into small pieces (the size of mahjong tiles), blanch it in boiling water, remove blood and rinse it clean. Remove dust from Cordyceps sinensis and wash it for later use. Slice onion and ginger.
(2) Put Cordyceps sinensis, chicken and seasoning into a steamer, add a proper amount of water, put them into a cage, and steam them over high fire for 2 hours. Take the onion and ginger and pour them into the wok, but don't collect the juice.
