Zheng goes to bed at nine o'clock every night and gets up at half past four in the morning to write. Why Zheng can output thousands of fairy tales every day for 33 years is closely related to a healthy diet. He eats 15 kinds of vegetables and fruits every day. He doesn't eat sweets and fast food. He likes drinking boiled water, and he takes a cup with him everywhere.
