The confirmed case 6, who lives in Mengsan Village, Mengshui Town, Wenchang Lake District, was vaccinated with 1 dose of Changchun Bio-COVID-19 vaccine. At home on February 25th, 26th and 27th. On February 28th, I said I wouldn't go out during the day. In the afternoon 17:00- 19:00 or so, six people from the whole family went to the annual restaurant in Furuite for dinner. March 1, didn't go out in the morning, and went to Renhe company for tea around 13:30- 15:30 in the afternoon.

I didn't go out in the morning of March 2, but I went shopping at Manji Beef Shop, Zhiwei Zhai Restaurant and CoCo Zhoucun Vitality City Tea Shop in Changhang Farmers' Market at about 15:30- 17:00 in the afternoon and went home at about 17:30.

On March 3, around10: 40-11:30, I went to the window of Zhoucun Citizen's Home Transportation Bureau to handle business, and I always wore a mask. At about 12:00- 13:00, I was in Mengshui town with confirmed case 8 and asymptomatic infected person 10.

On March 4th, the whole family drove to Zhoucun Credit Building at around 9 am, and left at around 10:00. At about 12:00- 13:30, a family of five dined at Yuanfeng Dumpling House. In the afternoon 13:30- 14:20, go to Qi Yue Hotel and Fengtai Hotel to see the wedding banquet hall. /kloc-Go to Renhe Company for tea around 0/5: 00. 17:30-2 1:30 to Hunan Weiyuan Hotel for dinner. After dinner, go to Renhe Company to have tea and play cards.

On March 5, I didn't go out in the morning. In the afternoon 13:00- 17:50, I went to Renhe company for tea, and then I went home and didn't go out.

On March 6, I didn't go out in the morning; Go to Renhe Company for tea at 0/3: 00 pm/KLOC; /kloc-Go to the office of Jiuyuan Transportation Company in Fanjiacun to play table tennis around 0/5: 00; /kloc-I went home around 0/7: 30 and didn't go out.

On March 7, I didn't go out in the morning; At about 13:30 in the afternoon, my family and I drove to Feng Tao natural pedicure and contacted about 3 staff members. I said I didn't wear a mask all the time. On March 8, I didn't go out and lived with six family members.

On March 9, around 8 am, I drove to Wenchang Lake Guest House for centralized isolation.
