With the rapid development of the industry, Chinese herbal pieces frequently appear on the "black list" of quality, and the exposure frequency of unqualified drugs is still quite high. On February 2nd, China Food and Drug Administration reported that 65 batches of Chinese herbal pieces produced by 6 1 enterprise were unqualified. Less than half a month ago, the Food and Drug Administration notified 17 batches of unqualified drugs, all of which were Chinese herbal pieces.
The problem notified by the Food and Drug Administration is not a case, which reflects that there are indeed problems such as shoddy and fake sales in the field of Chinese herbal pieces. The problem of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces mainly involves unqualified detection items such as pesticide residues, properties and content determination, among which there are many commonly used medicinal materials produced by well-known pharmaceutical companies, including Amomum villosum, Codonopsis pilosula, Alum and Radix Isatidis.
The reasons why Chinese herbal pieces have repeatedly been on the "black list" of quality include:
1. The standard is backward. For example, the processing standard of Chinese herbal pieces in a province was formulated by 1986.
I haven't adapted yet.
The need of industrial development and backward standards have seriously affected the promotion of Chinese herbal medicine industry.
2. Long circulation links and weak quality control. In the actual processing of Chinese herbal pieces, ginseng
There are many followers and complicated links. For example, some Chinese herbal pieces passed the sampling inspection at the factory, but some indicators, such as gray scale and humidity, failed in the sampling inspection of downstream enterprises because of the long circulation link and lax control. For example, the content of heavy metals in the soil planted in the upper reaches exceeds the standard, pesticides are sprayed indiscriminately, the production and processing methods in the middle reaches are wrong, and the downstream circulation is polluted. All these will cause quality problems.
3. There are practical difficulties in supervision. "Small workshops" abound, in the name of primary processing in the place of origin, but in fact, the "small workshops" that process Chinese herbal pieces support the production and supply of many Chinese herbal pieces with the advantages of low cost and convenience. This makes it difficult for the regulatory authorities to effectively supervise and repeatedly ban. At the same time, the current regulatory measures are not accurate enough. For example, the traditional Chinese medicine theory and processing method are used in Chinese herbal pieces, and the theory and detection method of western medicine are not completely applicable.
The curative effect of Chinese herbal pieces is very important to the curative effect. If the quality problem of Chinese herbal pieces is allowed to spread, it will not only damage everyone's trust in Chinese medicine, but also be detrimental to the sustainable development of Chinese medicine.
