Which province and city is Niuji 'an Village located in?
Niuji 'an Village is located 6.5 kilometers southwest of Kunlun Town, Zichuan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province, bordering Boshan District in the south. Built in the middle of Qing Dynasty, it is a traditional ancient village with a history of more than 400 years. On 20 15, Niuji' an Village was named as "Provincial Ancient Village" in Shandong Province.

Niuji 'an Village is deep in the mountains and has the reputation of "village in heaven". The whole village is surrounded by mountains and looks like a lying cow. Halfway up the mountain, there is a small temple called Niuji Temple.

There are two main legends about the origin of village names:

According to legend, the village originated from a woman named Niu who fled here in the Qing Dynasty. Niu Ji 'an means "Niu family settled here". Women love the gurgling springs and quiet environment here, so they cut their hair next to Niuxinshi, built a house as a buddhist nun, and devoted themselves to practicing Buddhism, gradually becoming profound. People around her came to listen to her talk about Buddhism, and some admired her virtue. They moved to the valley and lived next to the temple, offering their products to the temple, and gradually formed a small village. Later, during the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, surnames such as Li, Wang, Zhang and Sun moved in one after another.

One reason is that there is a huge stone shaped like a bull's nose in front of the village, and there is a water inlet nearby, so the village was originally named Niubi Bay. During the Republic of China, there was a nun in the village, and the village name was renamed Niubi Temple. Before the founding of the People's Republic of China, it was renamed Niu Ji 'an.

Nearby Niuji 'an Village are Niuji 'an Health Center, Niuji 'an Sun Jia Courtyard, Niuji 'an Niujiao Cave, Niuji Anshen Niuquan, Niuji 'an Wang Jiaqi Building, Niuji 'an Health Center and other tourist attractions. There are also some special dishes, such as Zibo Chili, Zhangzhuang Toona sinensis, Liaowu Xiaomi, Zishiyan, Zichuan Meat Pie and so on.
