What fruit health soup are there in winter?
Stewed raw fish with green apples and red dates

Ingredients: raw fish (snakehead) 1 piece, 2 green apples, 50g pig bones.

Seasoning: apricot, ginger, red dates, salt.

Exercise:

1. Blanch pork bones with boiling water, wash them, add water and ginger, boil them over high fire and stew them for two hours, then remove the bones and keep the soup for later use.

2. Slaughter the raw fish, remove impurities, clean it, heat the oil in the pot, fry the fish and take it out.

3. Peel the apple, cut it into 8 pieces, and remove the core and seeds.

4. Put the fish and apples together in the pork bone soup and cook for another hour and a half. Finally, add salt to taste and serve.
