But among these people, the word "intentional cultivation" is relatively simple and easy to enter. Those who "have a heart" have their own hearts; Those who "cultivate nature" cultivate their nature, that is, their nature. People's innate nature is pure and perfect. Therefore, as long as you keep it, don't lose it, and don't be influenced by the acquired situation and material desires, you can enter the holy land and be in harmony with heaven. Therefore, Mencius said, "those who do their best know their nature;" If you know its nature, you will know its nature. It is natural to keep your heart and cultivate your nature. "Intention is the foundation of dedication, and cultivation is the foundation of perfection. In The Doctrine of the Mean, in addition to the beginning, "the nature of destiny means it, and the nature of frankness means the way", it says: "Only the world is sincere, so as to do its best. "If you can do your best, do your best; If you can make good use of human nature, you can make good use of things; If you can make the best use of it, you can praise the teaching of heaven and earth; If you can praise the cultivation of heaven and earth, you can go to heaven and earth. " This shows that if people can practice their own temperament, do their best to expand and fill, they can participate in this world. This is a set of the most simple and clear works of "harmony between man and nature". Practice by heart is not only the best foundation, but also an indispensable work to cultivate one's mind and understanding. The spiritual refinement of Taoism must begin with preservation and maintenance; In other words, the same is true of Buddhism's understanding of nature. How can it be clear if it doesn't exist? How can you tell if you don't have it? Also, after the Ming dynasty, it still needs to be preserved; I still have to keep it for a long time after reading it. Otherwise, you can become a Buddha after seeing the evidence clearly, but you can also lose it after seeing the evidence clearly. The maintenance of her husband's mind, that is, after he has become a saint, a Taoist and a Buddha, is still something that cannot be lost or moved for a while! A little slack, this heart, that is, failure. Therefore, we must keep it, don't lose it, and we must die. People in Confucianism always like to attack Buddhists' purpose of understanding nature, but they don't know that Confucianism has the best treasure! Heart and sex are just one thing, in other words, so it is convenient to preach. Raising the heart means seeing sex, and raising sex means being in the heart. That is, heart is sex, that is, sex is heart. Not only that, heaven and life, mind and nature, reason and Tao should all be integrated. It can also be said that everything is unified in Tao. Separate roads have different names, and different names have the same body. Heaven and earth are one with me, and everything is one with me. That's the truth. At that time, you will run away. From the static pole to the middle road, you can prove it in your heart. Marxism once said: "To live in the sky is righteousness, a person, a heart and one thing." There is another cloud: "Only the heart is heaven. When it is exhausted, it is wise, and wisdom knows the sky. " There is another cloud: "I don't know about sex and heaven unless I am complacent;" So:' I can't get it or smell it. "Cover can only be tacit knowledge, behavior and will. When talking about the essence of the mind, Cheng Zi also said: "Take care of what you say, take care of what you say, and keep what you say. "There is another cloud:" The essence of sex is life, the natural person of sex is heaven, the visible person of sex is heart, and the active person of sex is love. All these numbers are one. Sages vary from name to name. " Heirs also advocate the theory that "sex is static" and "sex is rational". In fact, not only heaven, life, sex, mind and reason can be integrated and unified; That is, everything in the world cannot be unified, but is unified by Taoism. Therefore, Confucius said, "If you listen in the morning, you can die at night." He also said that "taking Tao as the purpose, relying on morality, relying on benevolence, and swimming in art; He also said: "Tao is inseparable for a moment; Can be divided, not Tao. " So the cultivation of saints is the first. To cultivate the way of saints, we must first stand on its foundation! Born from the foundation. What is this? Heart also. The heart is the master of human beings and everything in the universe. Therefore, Xiangshan, Yangming and Zhu Erzi advocated "nature is reason" and "mind is reason". Xiangshan's "the universe is my heart, and my heart is the universe" and Confucianism's "the universe and everything are integrated with me", and Ming Dow's "the benevolent is completely integrated with things" are far higher than Buddhism's "that is, the heart is the Buddha, that is, the Buddha is the heart" and "the Buddha is all beings, and all beings are the Buddha". If you really want to achieve the highest state of the unity of the universe and my heart, the unity of heaven and earth, you can't say that you know this, you can achieve it by saying this. You must work hard from the heart, your heel is really trampled; Moreover, the sacred realm of "mind and matter, reason and matter, sex and Tao, Tao and heaven" can be achieved in time, just like a piece of sexual light, the mind light is popular; No inside and outside, no welcome, no object, no movement; This has reached the state from Taiji to Wuji (not from Wuji to Taiji)! A lady longs to be herself, an adult, a thing, and a thing in order to find a way out for all things in the world, which is beyond the reach of the water world; If you want something in your heart, you will get it. Mencius said, "Everything is ready except the east wind." Therefore, seeking the way of my heart can make everything universal and leave no future trouble. Confucius said, "Tao is not far from people, and people are far from Tao, which is not enough." The Classic says, "The Tao is in your bow." "The Tao is in your heart." How far is it? I often say: "There is no heart outside the Tao, and there is no way outside the heart." In Buddhist semantics, "the heart is the Tao, and the Tao is the heart." So you don't seek self-protection, you can get it in it. Therefore, instead of advocating "mind is reason" and "sex is reason", it is better to advocate "mind is Tao" and "sex is Tao". The reason is also the reason of Tao. If you put everything together, everything will come naturally. From Fuxi, Huangdi, Yao, Shun, Yu, Tang, Wen, Wu, and even Confucius to Mencius, all the saints and saints handed down from generation to generation are unreasonable in their speeches and preaching. So, if you are, then you are comfortable to raise the road! The special words such as Song Zhi are used to establish Neo-Confucianism. What else is there besides being original and finding a new way? Han Yuli advocated the theory of Taoism, and Song Ru intended to create a kind of "rational Taoism" to inherit the "Taoism" and seek from Zen; Moreover, after the division of Taoism, each side held its own end, but there was an eternal case of Zhu Cheng Wang Lu, and the dispute continued, extending to all masters and attacking each other again. How small is it? There is nothing in the world, nothing in the world. Once we set up our own court and exchange words with each other, the more we argue, the more we argue, the more we argue! This is the so-called "nothing to do" and "nothing to fight". The husband's way is nothing, invisible, nameless, without body and image. It is far above nature and close to one's heart. It is widely used by all things, there is nothing or heritage, everything should be done, and there is nothing wrong. Therefore, the world is ever-changing, so we should be prepared in our hearts and be unmoved. We should be in Xian Yi. Mencius said, "Ask for it yourself." Seek fortune for oneself, seek fortune for oneself in my heart. Nourishing the heart is self-contained; For sex, Tao is free in it; Yang Dao, everything in the world is in it! Therefore, Confucianism and Taoism are sacred veins. First, it is to cultivate the mind and cultivate the nature. Or ask, "What is the way to preserve the mind and how to start?" He said, "Be quiet. The body of the mind is static, and so is the body of the sex. Move by feeling things, move by desire, move by losing the root and violating the Tao. The Tao can't leave for a moment, and the heart can't move for a moment. Everything in heaven and earth is born in stillness, grows longer in stillness, loses in movement and dies in movement. So, I said,' It's not good to be quiet, but it's good to move.' The ancient philosopher's so-called "moving is not as good as static" is also the reason. The Book of Changes is so-called "silent but motionless", so it is necessary to preserve its true colors and nourish its body. The so-called "feeling and then communicating", in its silence, Zhan Ran has nothing; There is nothing in Zhan Ran, so this hole is empty; If the hole is empty, you will feel it immediately and you will understand it. The reason why we can understand it is because the hole is empty and the spirit is not ignorant; Spiritual awareness is not ignorance, then a god shines alone, then ignorance is knowing, nothing can be achieved, and God is absent. So, you can feel the response, but don't be unreasonable. "In order to facilitate the world to become a saint, we will reuse the method of sage cultivation described by sages of past dynasties, regardless of their words, morality, learning and reason, which can be applied to meditation. Those who take this as the internal cultivation time choose a brief description and clarify its coherent system as the criterion and code of Confucian cultivation time. And don't let the two sages, Taoism and Buddhism, specialize in beauty before! Therefore, the holy words and laws scattered in ancient scriptures are summarized as twelve articles, thinking that Confucian people practice the mind method of "transcendental holiness" And these twelve items do not need to be completely repaired. If you choose to be close to your nature, you can repair one or two or three pieces, both in the holy land. It's not that there are no ways to practice other than the ones mentioned above, but on the whole, this is the most important outline of the cultivation of inner saints. As for the tactics in his meditation, it should also be pointed out as simply as possible for scholars to use! It must be self-incrimination, self-incrimination, and those who cannot be taught by words and deeds can only be passed on. Good to "Tao always exists outside words, and the real Tao is not in language." It is nothing more than the history and dross of the ancients! The record is as follows:

Four, honesty method should be five, nourishing qi method should be six, and material method should be five.
